SophieANG.com is a movement and digital platform offering mentoring services, online courses, digital downloads, workshops, creative toolkits, and wellness-related products. All products and services are designed to support the growth, wisdom, and impact of Gen Z and Gen α individuals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this website. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in SGD (Singapore Dollars), unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways provided on the checkout page.
Once payment is confirmed, digital products will be available for download immediately or via email.
For mentoring programmes or workshops, confirmation and access details will be sent via email.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
For live workshops or mentoring sessions, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us at support@sophieang.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SophieANG.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, downloadable materials, and course content, is the property of SophieANG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use this site or its services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage the platform or harm others. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading malicious code, spamming, or infringing on others’ rights.
