1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if your order is affected.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within Singapore and to selected international locations.

  • If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at Zenith.Ang@wisdomacademy.com.sg to explore shipping options.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Promotions such as free shipping may be offered for certain products or order amounts (e.g. free local shipping for orders above SGD $200).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

  • SophieANG.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the item.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zenith.ang@wisdomacadmey.com.sg with your order number and details.

  • We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Digital Products

  • Digital products such as e-books, toolkits, online courses, or downloads are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment. No shipping fees apply.
